- Verifiable gross income of 2.5x the monthly rent; roommates and / or sponsor guarantors must have gross income of 4x
the monthly rent.
- Good established credit for all guarantees.
Good Credit = Several lines of credit paid
as agreed. Fair Credit = One or two past problems or a medical related bankruptcy or explainable conditions. Bad
Credit = Collection accounts, unpaid judgments, tax liens, bankruptcies. - Positive rental history or housing
references
The Standard Deposit: $350.00; non-refundable application fees are $25.00
per adult. Pet Deposit: $200 deposit per pet plus $200 non-refundable pet fee: Total deposit and fee
= $400 2 pets per apartment maximum; Weight limit for pets is 20 lbs. maximum at full growth. No deposit
is charged for support animals when prescribed by a licensed health care provider.
